Open Water Diver

Open Water If you’ve always wanted to learn how to scuba dive, discover new adventures or simply see the wondrous world beneath the waves, this is where it starts. The PADI Open Water Diver course is the world’s most popular scuba course, and has introduced millions of people to the adventurous diving lifestyle.

Our flexible schedules include Mon/Wed or Tue/Thu workshops that meet 4 evenings over two weeks or a Fri-Sat-Sun course that set the stage for the four open water check out dives that occur over a two-day weekend.

Minimum Requirement: 10 years old and in reasonable physical fitness

National Geographic Open Water Diver

Nat Geo Open Water Take the world’s most popular open water course and make it better. You will learn additional buoyancy techniques and perform a navigational shape while observing the environment. These two dives count towards your next certification level (Adventure Diver/Advanced Open Water). This elite program isn’t offered by all dive centers – we have chosen to give you the very best.

Our flexible schedules include Mon/Wed or Tue/Thu workshops that meet 4 evenings over two weeks or a Fri-Sat-Sun course that set the stage for the six open water check out dives that occur over a two-day weekend.

Minimum Requirement: 10 years old and in reasonable physical fitness

Adventure Diver (3 Dives) / Advanced Open Water Diver (5 Dives)

Advanced Open Water This course helps you get more out of diving by introducing you to new types of diving adventures. It is a great way to build confidence and learn new things while diving with an instructor. It is your opportunity to choose dives that intrigue or interest you. The difference in Adventure to full Advanced is the additional core dives of navigation and deep. The chart above displays the awesome dive opportunities that await you.

Minimum Requirement: 10 years old and Jr. Open Water Diver (Adventure Divers) and 12 years old and Jr. Open Water Diver (Advanced Open Water)

Emergency First Response (EFR)

EFR First Aid and CPR are great skills for anyone involved in adventure activities – just in case. And, you need these skills to become a PADI Rescue Diver. You will learn: BLS and CPR with rescue breathing at a layperson level, AED, preventing and caring for shock, spinal injury management, use of barriers to reduce disease transmission risk and basic first aid kit considerations. Through a combination of independent study and skill practice with an instructor, you’ll build the confidence and skills to provide basic emergency care. This is a 2-night course where we show you primary care and secondary care along with the use of an AED and introduction to Oxygen management

Minimum Requirement: Any Age, Just an interest in CPR and First Aid

Rescue

Rescue The most challenging yet rewarding course in the PADI System. We build upon the foundation of basic skills and additional tasks picked up in the Adventure/Advanced Open Water course then teach you how to manage or prevent problems. You will learn: self-rescue, recognizing and managing stress in other divers, emergency management and equipment, rescuing panicked divers, and rescuing unresponsive divers

Minimum Requirement: 12 years old, current First Aid/CPR, and Adventure Diver with a navigation training dive
