At International Scuba we service virtually any kind of equipment!

You can ship us items for repair or bring them to our location in person if you are local to the Dallas, Texas area. Before you ship us anything, scroll down to the bottom of the page for our Online Service Repair Form with your repair question(s) and we will be able to effectively answer them for you.

Keep your scuba equipment tuned and ready for your next diving adventure. The International Scuba repair technicians treat every piece of gear as if it is their own, servicing it to the stated manufacturer’s specifications and our own high standards. These are life support systems for divers and we will make sure your equipment is safe to operate or offer replacement suggestions to you if an item cannot be repaired. Most manufacturers recommend servicing your equipment once a year or after long periods of storage. If you dive frequently (50+ dives per year), it may be a good idea to bring it in every 6-8 months. International Scuba offers several different service packages which are listed below. Please keep in mind these are basic prices and if your equipment requires additional parts and/or service, you will be charged an additional amount. We will call to confirm any additional costs with you before proceeding with the repair if necessary.

  • If any minor adjustments/repairs are needed, a $10.00 service charge is applied
  • If any major adjustments/repairs are needed, the regulator will require the annual service package

  • For heavily corroded or damaged regulators which require extensive repair, a $30/hour service charge is applied

Buoyancy Compensator (BC) Service

  • Backpack band inspection
Includes:

  • Rebuild of inflator mechanism
  • cleaning of top portion of inflator
  • All dump valves opened and cleansed of salt or other particles with gaskets replaced if necessary

Valve Repair

Full Service

$20 + Parts

Includes:

  • Complete disassembly/rebuilding of valve
  • Inspection of all individual parts
  • Air refill upon passing inspection(s)
When should I do this?

  • We recommend this service every 5 years, or for any tanks/valves that have been exposed to extreme amounts of diving, saltwater diving,
    or prolonged storage
How long will it take?

  • About a week
Are there any additional costs?

  • If significant damage is found or the valve cannot be repaired, the purchase of a new valve may be necessary

We kindly request that you bring your gear in at least two or three weeks before you need it. Rush service is available upon request with an additional service fee of $35/regulator and $15/BCD.

Please Note: We are not a long term storage facility. Any equipment left with us for more than 30 days after notification that servicing is completed is considered forfeited and will be resold as used.
