30/60-Day Return Policy

We will make every attempt to exchange, replace, or offer alternatives for purchases because your satisfaction is our priority. Refunds are also available.

At InternationalScuba.com, we are proud to offer one of the most flexible return policies in the industry: a 30/60-day Satisfaction Guarantee on all of our merchandise.

  • If it is within 30 days and the items are in new condition with original packaging, there is a 100% credit or refund on any item minus shipping costs.
  • If it is within 30 days and the items are used or not returned with original packaging, it’s not a problem, we will e-mail to you gift certificate for 75% that can be used to purchase any product we sell on the InternationalScuba.com website.
  • If it is between 30 – 60 days and the items are in new condition, we will e-mail to you gift certificate for 100% that can be used to purchase any product we sell on the InternationalScuba.com website.
  • You never need to contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) – Simply download our RMA form to get started.

To return an item, just follow the simply directions below and we’ll take care of the rest!

  1. Simply fill out our RMA Form to get started.
  2. Verify the information is correct and fill out your “Reason for return”.
  3. Print out the provided RMA form and include it with your package
  4. Please include a copy of your receipt.
  5. Pack the item(s) securely. All returned products should be in the condition they were received in, as well as in their original packaging. Please remember to include all warranty cards and manuals.
  6. Send your package via UPS, FedEx or insured Parcel Post. (Please note that shipping charges cannot be refunded.)
  7. Once the product is received and verified against the receipt we will issue a check in the amount minus shipping.

In the event of any questions or problems with your order, or if the product received was defective or damaged, please contact our Customer Service Department within 60 days of receipt. We will make every effort to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Shipping Terms and Conditions

  • Free shipping excluded on some items.  (tanks and large bags)
  • Applies to GROUND shipping rates only. Expedited shipping requests will be charged as Normal 3-day, 2-day and Next Day shipments.
  • Available only to United States shipping addresses in the 48 Continental United States.
  • Special order or handling fees may still apply.
  • Refunds for any returned Free or Reduced Shipping items will be deducted by the amount of the shipping incentive from the original order.
  • Valid with gift cards.
  • Cancelling, combining, or changing your address may affect Free or Reduced Shipping availability.

  • Saturday Shipping to the Continental US: InternationalScuba.com ships Monday through Saturday. Simply choose expedited shipping (2-Day or Next-Day) and submit your order before 4pm Pacific Time Monday through Saturday. All in-stock items will ship out the same day. This does not apply to US Post Office Boxes, APO/FPO, Canada, US Territories, or any other address which ships United States Postal Mail.
  • Oversized/Overweight items incur a shipping surcharge.
  • If you choose ground shipping, your order will arrive in 4-7 business days or less.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories, APO’s, and FPO’s are charged an additional $10.00 for the entire order and will be shipped via USPS.

Shipping Details

  • All in-stock orders will be shipped the next business day (excluding holidays & weekends) and are guaranteed to be at your door within 4-7 business days to a US zip code. If you request to receive your order in less than 4-7 business days from now, you will be charged extra for shipping in order to get it to you in time.
  • We accept the following Credit Cards: MasterCard, VISA, Discover, and American Express.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. Stock is subject to prior sale.
  • Delivery to carrier constitutes delivery to customer.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable unless the carrier has failed to meet the delivery commitment outlined in their shipping guide.
  • InternationalScuba.com will only refund Shipping Charges when the carrier has failed to meet the delivery commitment and issued credit to InternationalScuba.com. The decision made by a carrier regarding a claim for refund is final.
  • Customer must be sure to communicate correct shipping address to InternationalScuba.com All shippers charge a $10.00 fee if an incorrect address has been provided. These fees will be transferred to the customer, only if the customer provided the incorrect ship-to address.
  • Shipping Company will NOT accept special shipping instructions from Dealer, other than “Ship To” Name and Address.
  • Exchanges through the mail are also subject to this shipping fee. If we are shipping your order out of state, it is not subject to sales tax (except California – 8%).
  • We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item is priced incorrectly.
