Rich is a Master Instructor, TecDeep Instructor, TDI Tec Instructor through Extended Range and avid Side-mount Cave Diver at International Scuba. Scuba diving is Rich's job, passion, and obsession.
"The first time I ever went diving was 2001 in Cozumel. Before I was even out of the water, I knew I wanted to become a dive professional. My favorite place to dive locally is hard to pick because there are so many from which to choose. Bonaire, Tulum, and the Florida caves are some of my regular locations for cave diving. My favorite classes to teach are Tec courses Side-mount, Wreck, and Cavern because these classes all have challenging skill sets. If you are my student, you should know that I am looking forward to teaching you soon!
Micah has dove all over the world. You will find him most days in the shop. He is a certified Open Water Instructor and Emergency First Response Instructor.
I was certified in 1980 as a NAUI Sport Diver and continued my diving education by taking NAUI specialty and advanced courses while diving around Texas.
I attended and graduated from The Ocean Corporation in 1982 as a Commercial Diver and had the opportunity to work in the Gulf of Mexico as a tender/diver. I moved to Hawaii and dove around the Hawaiian Islands while living on Oahu for three years.
I worked as a Public Safety Diver for the Garland Police Department and since 1988 I have worked in some form of public safety diving from actually diving to instructing dive teams. I was certified as a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor in 1998. I taught as a private instructor until 2005 at which time International Scuba became my new home. IDC Staff Instructor was soon completed. I then began assisting with Instructor Development Courses and teaching all levels of PADI courses.
I have continued my own training by taking technical dive courses and instructor courses. I became a Master Scuba Instructor in 2009 and went on to become a PADI Course Director in 2011.
I enjoy learning about diving and in turn, educating people about diving. I continue to take courses to further my knowledge and am an avid recreational and technical diver.
After 33 years in law enforcement, I retired in 2018 to work in the dive industry and travel every chance I get. I am able to instruct PADI recreational courses, instructor courses, recreational and instructor specialty courses and PADI technical courses
I look forward to assisting you in your diving journey.

Learning how to scuba dive during his first semester in college Marine Geology, Joe’s interest in the world’s oceans eventually leading him to secure his PADI Advance Open Water Diver, Rescue Diver and several other specialty certifications.
He eventually became a PADI Dive Master at a local dive shop and worked on several dive boats. Being a student of history and having a fascination for the mysteries surrounding historic ship wrecks, Joe would often lead dive tours to the vast ship wrecks of the Northern Atlantic.
In 1988 Joe became a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor and taught in NYC and then relocated to Las Vegas NV, where he would continue his educationto become an IDC Staff Instructor in 1995. "I've had the privilege of training thousands of students and helping many of them join the professional ranks. I've been fortunate to dive in some incredible places around the world and along the way I've forged lasting friendships with the coolest people. Nothing in the world beats watching someone's eyes light up the first time they breath underwater."

Master Scuba Diver Trainer
I have been diving for 27 years. I have been a PADI pro for fouryears, two as a Divemaster and two as an Instructor.
I LOVE diving in Cozumel and have over 200 dives there. I love the people, the culture, the food and the diving. It is cheap and super easy to get there from Dallas.
I have been to Galapagos, Socorro, Grand Cayman, Honduras, Belize, North Carolina, Florida, The Flower Gardens and several Yucatan cenotes. My fun diving passion is photography and I have taken thousands of pictures over the years
My day job includes teaching and training. My stress relief is to teach diving and I love it.
I did my first Discover Scuba Diving class in 1996. I did a 2nd on I’m 2000 and finally got certified in 2013... long story.
Brian is a PADI Assistant Instructor and a DAN Instructor. He's been diving around the Bahamas, Caribbean, Texas Caribbean (Flower Gardens), Missouri, North Carolina wrecks, and around the Florida Keys and Florida Springs.
"Of all of the places I’ve been diving, Grand Turk is one of my two favorite places. Gliding along the reef, confident in my buoyancy, I hover over a 7,000’ drop off. Key Largo’s Spiegel Grove wreck is tied for my favorite spot. To be able to explore such a well intact wreck is unbelievable. On my list of places I want to dive are the Silfra dive in Iceland and Truk Lagoon."
WHERE IN THE WORLD HAVE YOU GONE DIVING? I have dove the Caribbean from end to end including USVI, BVI, Roatan, Belize, Grand Cayman, Bahamas, Barbados, and Bonaire; Mexico including Cozumel, Puerto Vallarta, Playa del Carmen, and Los Coronados; the California Channel Islands, the Florida Keys, the Texas Flower Gardens, Venezuela, and Costa Rica.
FAVORITE LOCATION? Bonaire is my favorite place to dive because of the freedom to dive when, where, and however long you want in one of the most beautiful underwater environments in the Caribbean.
BIO: In my real life I am a Computer Infrastructure Architect and technology leader, and scuba is my break from reality. I got certified in 2003 in preparation for a trip to Grand Cayman, and my only regret has been that I waited so long to start diving. In my early years, I was fortunate to be working for a company based in Southern California, so frequent trips gave me opportunities to dive the kelp forests along the Channel Islands which pushed me to continue to learn. Although I am just getting started in my professional career, I’ve already been responsible for getting many friends and family members hooked, and I enjoy being the leader when they lean on me during trips. I like assisting with Open Water classes, especially when I get to help someone overcome a fear or problematic skill.
CERTIFIED IN SCUBA: 1988
Jeff is certified as Dive Master. He has dove in Mexico, Bahamas, Canada, Scotland, Indonesia, Malaysia and all over the US.
Jeff's favorite place to dive is the cenotes in Mexico because of the crystal clear water. He has been assisting with classes for over 15 years and has loved every bit of it!
