Originally from California, Todd Marsh is a PADI IDC Staff Instructor and a Master Scuba Diver trainer, as well as an SDI/TDI Scuba Instructor. His favorite topics to teach are night and photography. He frequents the Maldives and Indonesia as his favorite dive sites.
