Swim classes as an adult can feel intimidating. That’s why we’ve created a safe and welcoming environment. Our certified instructors meet you exactly where you are. No pressure and no judgment. About 40 million people do not know how to swim. This means that over 54% of Americans either can’t swim or lack basic water safety skills, according to the American Red Cross.

Adult swim lessons are taught using the same skill-based, proficiency-driven approach as all our
SSI programs. Instruction emphasizes safety, proper technique, repetition, and
confidence-building in a supportive environment. Lessons are designed to meet each swimmer
at their current ability level, allowing progress based on performance rather than pace.
