Trip Deposit & Payment Policy

We’re excited to have you join us! To secure your spot on a trip, a deposit (or full payment, where applicable) is required at the time of booking.

1. Non-Refundable Payments

All deposits and payments are non-refundable. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including changes in personal plans, illness, travel disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. This ensures we can plan and commit to the trip arrangements on your behalf.

2. Transfer of Reservation

If you can’t make it, you’re welcome to transfer your spot to another person, as long as:

  • You notify us in writing at least 12 weeks before departure.
  • You arrange the transfer and payment directly with your replacement.
  • Your replacement meets all trip requirements, completes required paperwork, and finalizes payment prior to joining.

We’re happy to help spread the word if you need to find a replacement, but ultimately it’s your responsibility to secure someone to take your place.

3. Agreement

By making a payment toward your trip, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
